Order Information
Orders can be submitted to us by secure on-line ordering, phone or fax.

Credit Cards and Payment
Payment may be made with Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card. Sorry, No Money Orders, C.O.D.'s or Personal Checks. Your credit card statement will show a charge from CEC PRODUCTS 800-779.8077. The toll free number is included in the name for your convenience and so we can easily be reached to answer any questions about charges. Your privacy and satisfaction is guaranteed.

Secure On-Line Ordering
Ordering ON-LINE is EASY. Go to any of our product pages - beside each item is a Purchase Button. Simply type the quantity into the box next to the desired product and click the Add to Cart Button and then the Return Button. You may select different items by clicking on the Product Directory listed on the left side. If you need to change the contents in your shopping cart change the number ordered and click Update. To remove any item set quantity to zero and click Update. If you experience any problems with ordering [some browsers may not work on this shopping cart] or have questions about any product email us or call Customer Service at 1.800.779.8077. When you have selected all of your purchases you will then be asked to select a Method; of Shipping. Once this is done, the total of your sale is updated automatically and is displayed on the page in real time so you can see the total cost of your order. You will be asked to fill out your personal information. This information is ONLY USED to verify that you are the authorized card holder and provide us with the necessary shipping information. Please make sure that you fill out all of the blanks correctly and be sure to double check your email address so that you can be sent a confirmation of the order. Last, you will be asked for your Credit Card number and Expiration date. This information is then encrypted and submitted to a highly secure SSI server. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of the order you just placed via e-mail. On the email will be a Transaction Number. For security purposes your information is stored off-line under that Transaction Number. If you need to contact us for any reason regarding your order please use that number.

Session Cookies
We use session cookies to keep your shopping cart from emptying as you go back and forth between merchandise pages and the shopping cart. A session cookie expires when you close your browser. Cookies cannot be used to retrieve data from your hard drive, obtain your email address, or obtain sensitive information about you. If your browser is set to refuse cookies you may view our site but will be unable to complete an order. Ordering By Phone
Call our Toll Free Number 1.800.779.8077. Customer Service is available 9AM - 4PM P.S.T. Monday - Friday. Please have your credit card ready with expiration date and the Product Name(s) and Item Number(s) of the merchandise you wish to order. Also please provide the Customer Service Operator with an email address where we may mail a copy of your invoice and a confirmation when the merchandise is shipped. You will never be placed on any mailing lists or solicited for anything after your purchase.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our Number One Priority! We Do Not sell our customers information. We Do Not send junk mail to our customers. Customer data is always confidential.

Packaging & Privacy
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet boxes with CEC PRODUCTS as the return address. No detailed description of any item appears on credit card receipts. CEC PRODUCTS is the only company name that ever appears on any transaction or box. All internet order transactions are encrypted and submitted to a highly secure SSL server. Once the order is received the information is stored to prevent the possibility of data access.

We ship via United States Post Office (First Class - Priority - Express Ovenight - Global Priority and Global Express), DHL, and United Parcel Service (Ground - 3 Day Select - 2 Day Select - Next Day Air - International)

Shipping Charges and Delivery Time Options are selected by you at the time you place your order. Please also read delivery times below before you make your selection.

United States Shipping Base Rates Are:
5 - 7 Days Standard Delivery (First Class or Priority)
All orders of $00 - $20.00 have a shipping and handling charge of $10.95.
Orders from $20.01 - $40.00 have a shipping and handling charge of $12.95.
Orders from $40.01 - $75.00 have a shipping and handling charge of $16.95.
Orders from $75.01 - $250.00 have a shipping and handling charge of $25.95,
Orders from $250.01 and above have a shipping and handling charge of $29.95
2 - 3 Days Delivery (Priority or Blue Label) Base Rate Above + $20.00.
Overnight Delivery (Express or Red Label) Base Rate Above + $35.00.

Order Processing & Transit Time
Order Processing Time includes time to process and pack your order. Order Processing Time is based on 'Business Days'. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not week-ends. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are considered to have been received on business day Monday. Orders received after 2 PM P.S.T. are considered to have been received the next business day. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should leave our warehouse the same day. If the merchandise is on back order it may take additional time. Shipping Time is selected by you when you select the shipping method. It does not affect Order Processing Time - only the amount of time that it will take an order to be delivered to you by the carrier. Selecting Overnight Delivery DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR MERCHANDISE CAN BE DELIVERED OVERNIGHT - ONLY THE TIME IN TRANSIT FOR DELIVERY BUT NOT THE AMOUNT OF TIME AN ORDER WILL NEED FOR PROCESSING.  If you have an order that is time specific please contact us at 1.800.779/8077 or email us to check for availability.

International Orders
Credit Cards or Bank Wires are required on all International Purchases. We verify the authenticity of all card holders and you will be asked to supply the name of the bank that issued your credit card and their phone number along with the security code on the back of the credit card. Processing of international orders will not begin until verification is made. In some cases orders may be held up to 15 days while infomation is verified. Prices are given in U.S. Dollars and will be converted to your currency by your local bank or credit card company. International orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail which usually arrives within 5 - 7 business days. Countries that do not have Global Priority Mail and orders are shipped via Airmail will arrive in the destination country within 1-2 weeks after being shipped, but please allow up to 30 days. The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages to the nearest customs processing center in the destination country. Depending on the efficiency of the customs processing center, packages may be delayed while waiting to be cleared. Express Global Priority [ 2-3 day delivery ] is available for an additional charge This may speed the delivery process but delivery is NOT GUARANTEED. Over-night delivery is available with Federal Express or DHL. For Overnight Delivery of International Orders you must contact us by phone or email. Some merchandise, because of it's overweight status may require additional shipping charges. Any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer and we have no control over any fee's customs might charge you. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your country. Please be certain that the products you order are legal in your country before placing your order.  Any packages that are rejected by customs will be abandoned and no credit can be issued. We have no control on how many days in your country might hold the package for inspection. We do not process orders for delivery of items to countries embargoed by the U.S. Government. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS NOT CLEARING CUSTOMS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

Order Status & Tracking
Our automated system determines the best possible shipping option for your order via DHL, United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service. Express orders are shipped either UPS or USPS. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming that your package has been sent. If your order was shipped via UPS or DHL, the email will also contain a tracking number and a direct link to your tracking information in UPS's or DHL's tracking database. Please note that for USPS Priority or First Class Mail, The United States Postal Service provides only confirmation of accepting the shipment and of deliver and/or delivery attempts. They do not provide route tracking information.

Sales Tax
Only California residents will be charged applicable state sales tax.

Back Orders
Although we try our best to have all items in stock at all times, occassionally we encounter situations where the manufacturer cannot supply us with a particular product as soon as we would like. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as we receive a shipment from the manufacturer. Your credit card is charged at the time of your order for all items, including those that may be back-ordered. Should you decide that you do not wish to await a back-ordered item, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may cancel the back-order and issue a credit to your card. All back-ordered items are shipped at our expense. In some cases, substitutions of similar items may be made.

Order Cancellations
Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible. Our system is fully automated, therefore, changes cannot be made once your order has been submitted. **NOTE: Shipping and handling on orders that have been processed are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid a penalty, cancellation of an order must be done before the order has batched with the credit card company which allows us to void the sale. After this grace period for void of sale, any order may be cancelled prior to shipment for a 25% Cancellation Fee. The fee will be deducted from the payment that was made with a credit of the balance being returned to the customer.

Please select your purchases carefully, because of the nature of the products we offer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The only exception is a defective product which must be returned immediately upon opening. You must contact Customer Service at 1.661.538.1291 between the hours of 9AM - 4PM PST for a return authorization and return shipping information. The product will be exchanged for a duplicate product ONLY! Any item returned without prior authorization will be refused. Any item returned as unclaimed will be subject to a 25% Restocking and Handling Charge. Orders that have been returned because of incomplete or errors in the address are subject to a re-shipping charge.
